Commissions Terms of Service Part 1. I will draw. Original characters or fanart. Humanoid characters. Tokusatsu suits (mechs depend on complexity). Simple backgrounds such as flat colors, patterns, a cloudy sky, a brick wall and so on. Multiple characters, which will cost an extra 50% of the base price per character. I won't draw. Furries. Extreme gore or pornography (more moderate stuff is a case-by-case scenario, feel free to ask). Complex backgrounds with a lot of perspective. Before payment. Regardless of you chosen method of payment, I greatly recommend you reach out to me directly via one of my socials, so we can discuss what you need before you pay. The more information I have about what you'd like, the better. Whether it's posing, expressions, colors and such, don't hesitate to provide me with references or sketches as you see fit. Payment. Payment must be made at least 50% upfront. I accept payments via PayPal, or through my kofi, kirke or Vgen accounts. Links below or in bio. By paying, you agree to these terms of service.
Commissions Terms of Service Part 2. Commission process. I will start working on your commission after I have received the upfront payment. From the moment I start working on your order, expect a final delivery within 4 weeks at most. You will get a more precise estimation based on your specific order, and will always be warned in case of delays. I will regularly send you updates of my progress, and only move on to the next stage once the previous one has been validated. Update pictures will be sent to you in medium resolution with a watermark. If you paid fully upfront, you can request to get them in high resolution and watermark-free, but you give up on your right to get a refund by doing so. You will always be given an estimate time as to when you can expect the next update from me. Feel free to follow up if I miss it. I am not responsible for any delay caused by you taking too long to reply to my updates. Don't feel rushed if you need time, but keep in mind that this might impact the delivery time. Don't hesitate to give honest feedback. I won't get offended if you don't like something, and I'd rather be told early on so I can fix it. I do not limit revisions unless I feel like they're being abused, such as asking for drastic changes to elements that have already been agreed upon earlier. Many revisions may also impact delivery time.
Commissions Terms of Service Part 3. Afterwards. Once the final version has been validated and I have gotten the full payment, I will send you the final piece as a PNG file of 3000 pixels for the longest side. It will have my usual signature, which I will not remove. You can use the final piece as you wish for non-commercial purposes only. If shared online or used as a profile picture of banner, it must come with credit. I do not allow my work to be fed to AI, modified without my authorization, or used in hateful or bigoted contexts. Unless you request otherwise, I reserve the right to use the work I did for you to share on my own socials, or for communication purposes. I will not directly monetize it in any way. I keep legal ownership of all my work, and can retract your usage rights if you don't follow these terms. Refund policy. I don't do refunds for sketch commissions. For the rest, I can do full refunds until before the final sketch has been validated. After this, I'll only refund 75% of the full price if you'd like to cancel during the lineart stage, or 50% if you only paid half upfront. Once I'm at the rendering phase, I will refund 50% if you paid in full, but will keep the 50% upfront payment otherwise. To avoid abuses, I won't provide any high-res, watermark-free files of the unfinished commission, even if you cancel at an advanced stage.
